Being Positive Through the World Conditions

Make it a point to find the positive in every situation.  This can sound a bit like you’re not seeing what is around you in the world these days, but quite the contrary:  When you make an effort to find the positive, you will contribute to a growing population providing positive mass consciousness and that is just as powerful as what seems so negative in the world conditions these days.

 

Let’s not expound upon how we see the glass half full and then turn around and within our own mental thoughts see the glass half empty.  Still, you may question how anyone can see anything positive in the rising cost of gasoline?  Let’s think a little bit on that.  This can possibly bring more families together by their staying at home and actually being together.  What a concept!  In these days of fast roller coaster rides at theme parks and other commercial places to visit, it can be hard to find some quiet and joy while being with one another.

 

No outer forces can replace the kind of fun like good old fashioned joy at the park.  The kids will appreciate the one-on-one time minus the drone of a computer video game.  Over Memorial Day weekend, there were less accidents on the road in our own state of Oregon.  Get this…ninety percent less over the previous year!  That is an amazing statistic.  The papers said it was because of the high gasoline prices, that people were staying home, and that is why there were fewer accidents.  So if you think about it, the gas hike actually saved lives.

Is this to say that we have to accept high priced gas?  Not at all.  We can visualize that things change in the world, in many areas.  And we can make gas one of them, but let’s visualize the world in a better space for all.  Sometimes some of the seemingly bad, negative situations actually become catalysts for a major world shift.  Let’s make that shift a clear positive one.

 

So what about all the natural disasters?  How is it possible to see the joy when people are dying and have become homeless?  Again, it is all in how you look at it. 

 

Focus on the help that these people are being given.  Do what you can do to help, not out of shame, or fear, or sadness, but out of compassion, love, and joy.  These people need your love and compassion.  They don’t need us to feel sorry for them.  We are not helpless, and neither are they.  If you have the ability to help financially do so with joy, and if you don’t have the ability to help financially, and you feel bad about that, drop all the bad feelings and visualize that you are helping others through your own feelings.  Send them healing thoughts and love.  This can go just as far as the financial help. 

 

Focusing on a brighter tomorrow will bring a brighter tomorrow.  Your life will become brighter and then that light will shine all across the world.  The more of us who focus on problem solved, the more it will affect our own lives as well as the lives of others.  What a wonderful world we live in.  See the wonder!  Live the Law of Attraction joyously!

Tap Yourself Rich?

The Law of Attraction has been getting a lot of attention recently. With the popularity of The Secret (both the book and video), books such as the Abraham books by Esther and Jerry Hicks, as well as the many hundreds of ever-popular classics, such as Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, the idea that you can “create your own reality” has never been more fashionable.
There are also skeptics who deny that this is true. They say, “if it was so easy to create your own reality, why are so many people sick, poor and unhappy?” Who would choose such a reality? Even many people who believe in the ideas of positive thinking and the Law of Attraction are secretly afraid that it’s just too good to be true.
Well, my understanding is that the Law of Attraction is 100% true. There is only one catch, and it can be a zinger for those of us trying to apply this principle in our lives. The problem is that most of us have subconscious blocks to our efforts at creating prosperity consciousness and better lives in general.
The fact is, we consciously want all the good things in life, which is perfectly natural. Yet a part of us, often there since childhood, is convinced that we are not deserving, that money is scarce, that it’s not moral to be wealthy or some other such belief that is not consistent with actually manifesting abundance.
There is a simple technique that allows us to almost instantly remove blocks. It is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and is based on the Chinese system of acupuncture (no needles though!) combined with modern psychology. It is so simple in fact, that many people are skeptical that it can really work –until they try it.
EFT works by having us tap various points on our body. This sends energy through the meridians (pathways that energy follows through the body). Tapping is combined with certain dialogue, which can be spoken out loud or too oneself. These are something like affirmations, but more sophisticated in that they are not only positive statements, but a removal of negative beliefs.
This “tapping” technique has been effective at treating a wide range of physical and emotional problems. One practitioner, Brad Yates, has specialized in using EFT for removing blocks to abundance. By tapping on certain points and repeating key phrases, we quickly come to believe that we truly deserve to be prosperous.
People have even reported having long term health conditions drastically improve after a few tapping sessions. This may seem miraculous, but when you consider recent medical evidence that much illness is caused by stress and other emotional conditions, it is not really so farfetched. If we can change the way energy moves through our bodies, we can change many conditions, both emotional and physical. This “trickery,” however, is an important part of the healing process, whether you are talking about a healing mantra or a pharmaceutical drug.
Belief is a very important part of healing -or not healing. This is why almost any method, if truly believed in, can be helpful. With EFT, however, we are talking about something beyond simple belief. When you tap, you are actually stimulating very real energy centers in the body. What’s interesting is that I’ve read cases of advanced EFT practitioners who could get the same effect by simply imagining that they were doing the technique! To a die-hard skeptic, this might suggest that EFT is “all in the mind” and therefore not “scientific.” To me, it just proves how important the mind is in the healing process. That is why EFT can be such a powerful technique. When combined with affirmations and other helpful self-talk, it works on the physical and psychological aspects of ourselves simultaneously.
I believe that the effectiveness of EFT, along with almost all techniques, whether medical, psychological or spiritual, is partly based on what is sometimes deceptively called the “placebo effect.” This means, simply, that the mind “fools” itself, and/or the body that it feels better because of a belief.
Is this technique too easy and simple to really work? Well, that point of view is itself the kind of limiting belief you can literally tap away!

Healing With Laughter and Humor Using a Vision Board

Laughter and humor have been popular practices in healing our mind, body and spirit; there have even been medical tests and studies that have proven that this is a beneficial practice in getting and keeping well.

The power of thoughts and emotions can manifest good in our bodies as well as create what we don’t want, just by what we are thinking. Studies have shown that a positive attitude or emotional state can boost your chances of surviving almost any kind of dis-ease, but what is mostly talked about is cancer.

Now it is even common for doctors to recommend different kinds of laughter and humor to their patients as a way of improving their immune systems and other serious diseases. Some of the doctors don’t call it law of attraction, but stick with a more middle of the ground statement of, will to live and/or fighting spirit.

One of the best methods is to have a Laugher and Humor Vision Map Video that you can watch on a daily basis and in the privacy of your home, car or wherever you have an electrical device to watch videos. You can watch this as many times a day you want and create a daily habit of laughing and you can even watch it several times a day. They are fun to watch and they remind you to laugh and to have fun.

Another powerful emotion to use when dealing with illness and/or dis-ease is love and spirituality; these are great for a hopeful and optimistic attitude. Laughter helps overcome the trials of each day, and when you create a way of laughing in the midst of your illness, you automatically shift toward a frame of mind that invites a healing outlook and an intention that you can diminish the dis-ease.

Even though cancer always seems to come up when we are talking about healing ourselves there are many other instances that work well with laughter and humor, such as chronic pain, divorce, death, loss of a home, loss of a friend, credit card debit and I am sure you can think of more.

Work on making it your goal to find something to laugh at every day, and to practice taking yourself a little less seriously and what this will do is lighten the situation you are in to a level that comes with more joy.

When you laugh an enthusiastic laugh it can help to reduce stress, maintain the right blood pressure, elevate mood, boost immune system, improve brain functioning, protect the heart, it can foster instant relaxation, and the reason it does this is that it stimulates production of endorphins, a natural painkiller, and reduces levels of the stress hormone, which contributes to high blood pressure and other conditions.

They now have laughter clubs and groups which have a definite format to increase and teach people how to laugh, it is a great therapy and one of these groups would be a great thing for you to check into and see if you have one in your area. There are also laughter and yoga classes where they combine the two and this is also very effective.

Have you ever noticed that when you laugh really hard, you stop thinking? It puts you right in the present moment and there is nothing better than being in the NOW, as it leaves all of our pressing issues at rest for at least a little while. One way to do this is to learn how to, see funny instead of trying to be funny.

Watch the Vision Map Video first thing in the morning and get your day started right and for sure watch it last thing before going to bed to cleanse all the events that happened during the day.

What I think makes it work

I have found there are 5 things you need to do to get the law of attraction to work.1. Know what you want and be specific – Decide what it is you want. Write down a few things and start small until you get the hang of it, and then do it again. One key thing here, and I just realised this today, DON’T put time limits on what you want. I edited my goals list tonight to take the time limits off. This is why, when you put a time limit on things, it allows you to doubt, and ponder, is it really going to happen and all those thoughts that just aren’t working for you. Instead of being open for your “signs” you will be glancing at calenders. So no time limits, and be specific. Some people do vision boards, which I think I may try, but I don’t use that at the moment.2. Be Realistic in your expectations – Start small. I did the coffee, a few times actually, lol. When you start just think of what you need that would make you happy. Move on from there. Still dream big, but don’t have any expectations. Really put thought into it, don’t rush your list.3. Get the feeling – Once you know what you want, its time to get the feeling to go with it. Now, that is SO much easier said then done, and one of the hardest parts to figure out. What I think the feeling is, is this. Imagine a time where you’ve felt so happy/proud/moved/touched that you feel almost warm inside your whole chest. Well, I think that’s the feeling you need to be feeling when you think about what you want to make this work. But, I have a way that if I am having a hard time getting in that feeling, I can get in it. I found 3 you tube videos that give me that feeling. I watch them and think about what I want. I am sure you all have your own things that might give you that feeling. I certain song, a movie, a book, maybe a video also.4. Think while Feeling – You need to try and remember to think of what you want at the times you are feeling this way, all the time. Its fine to do the videos or whatever helps you, but you have to try and remember to be conscious of what the feeling is, or just even when your happy to remember to think your thoughts. Now it is hard because when you do it, at least for me, I will start to think of what I want, and sometimes my brain is fighting back going”yeah right” the little “ya, buts” and the “what ifs” those have to be blocked out. That’s the hard part. The videos, or whatever your happy thing may be is great practice for this. Don’t allow doubt to creep in. My saying to myself is don’t doubt, just believe. It helps me to ignore the negative thoughts. I even say it out loud. My husband sometimes rolls his eyes at me and laughs, but I do. I made a choice not to doubt. I just believe.5. Being Thankful – Remember to be thankful and grateful, not for what you receive, but for what you have. For everything, the sun, the breeze, everything. Thank the universe when things go your way. The light is green, there is no line up where you are going, say thanks.Watch for the signs. They will be easier to see if you believe. I mean, what are the chances of my neighbour mentioning the same thing I was thinking of not a 1/2 hour before. The signs will come, and when it starts to work, you will KNOW! And it only gets better.

Find Audiences Who Have Audiences

Each of us knows at least 250 people that we don’t even know that we know. Each of us has constant and continuous meetings with people: spontaneously in the elevator, on the bus or on the train to work, at the grocery store—everywhere.

The Law of Attraction

Decide that you are a master of the Law of Attraction. If you haven’t seen the video called The Secret, by Rhonda Burns (it has been viewed by more than 100 million people), get it, watch it multiple times, and use its easy, result-getting principles. Also be sure to read The Master Secret and The 9 Laws of the Power of Thought in this series. These books are phenomenal and will change your life instantly and forever.

Every one of us is forever attracting. As we become conscious of this principle, we can use it more wisely and effortlessly to achieve all the good that we desire.

Use the Law of Attraction to think about bringing into your experience the ideal people who need, want, and can easily afford your product and who have a network of their own that they would like to share it with immediately.

Like you, they have 250 people they would invite to their wedding or who would be invited to their funeral.

All they need is a request stimulus to do-the-do.

For Example…

When I was with the above-mentioned herbal and vitamin company, I was forever ready to talk to anyone and everyone about it.

A client and friend of mine in the mortgage industry had me come down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, to speak to her group. The night before, at dinner, she mentioned that her six-year-old son was having constipation problems and was only going to the bathroom once every ten days. She said that her doctor had said if that was normal for her child, it was OK.

She intuitively knew, and now heard from me, “Three meals in should equal three meals out—each and every day.”

I explained the product. She loved the story and wanted to see the product. When she looked at the 29 herbs in a can, she exclaimed, “But . . . it’s dust! Surely you don’t think my child will drink dust?”

When her son arrived, I mixed some of the powder in purified water; and we each drank a glass. The next morning before dawn, the son pounded on my door ecstatically, shouting, “Hey, you won’t believe it; it was this long!” He demonstrated with his widely spread hands that he’d had a two-foot-long poop. All this happened because he had ingested the right nutrition and it went through his ascending, transverse, and descending colon. His mom became a true believer, compelling storyteller, master recruiter, car- and trip winner, top earner, speaker, and presenter in the network marketing industry and a big-time money maker.

Inside of you, as Dr. Russell Conwell wrote in his must-read, classic book Acres of Diamonds, you have unlimited potential just waiting for the requisite stimulus.

Let this be the requisite stimulus to help you help yourself, your family, your team, and your future enrollees to have a bigger, better, greater, and grander future.

Even if you don’t know enough people to make you wealthy, the people you know know enough people!

Change Your Subconscious, Change Your Life!

It is truly amazing how hard some people are working in today’s world.

Just the other day I spoke to a friend who spends two waking hours a day AWAY from work! Furthermore, the poor guy only sleeps 5 hours a night. I assumed, of course, that he loved what he was doing and he must be getting the results he was after. But I asked him anyway.

I was very surprised to find out that what he really wanted was to work less, and to live on the beach with his family. I was shocked to hear this because I knew that there was nothing that was keeping this man from living the life he wanted.

For the next thirty minutes I heard plenty of “story” (a kind word for excuses) about why his dream life was not possible for him. He had been working himself further and further away from what he really desired. So what keeps people from living the life of their dreams? The answer is very simple, ignorance.

Now before you (or my friend) think that I am referring to him as stupid, I’m not. In fact this particular man is one of the brightest people that I know. The ignorance that I refer to is the lack of knowledge of a fundamental principle. The principle is this: how the subconscious mind works and how it dictates the results that we are getting in our lives.

Have you ever felt that no matter how hard you tried to achieve something that there was some type of obstacle between you and the end game? Sometimes it seems that the harder we try, the further we get from our goal. This is the subconscious mind at work.

If your subconscious mind believes, for instance, that the world is a scarce place and that there is not enough for everyone, your results will be scarcity-based. Now before you get defensive and say, “but I really believe that the world is not scarce – yet I’m not tapping into the abundance!” realize that what you are really saying is “my CONSCIOUS mind believes the world is not scarce, yet I’m not tapping into the abundance.”

It is very difficult for us to know what the subconscious mind believes. We can only infer what our subconscious believes based upon the results that we are currently getting in our lives. So no matter how hard we work, we will continue to get the same results.

What is important is not how hard we work, but what we work on. If we can change what the subconscious believes then we will begin to get different results!

This begs the question, “How do I change the underlying beliefs of my subconscious mind to assist me in getting what I desire?” There are several ways that one can communicate directly to the subconscious. Some of the most popular are hypnosis, meditation, psych-K, brainwave entrainment, affirmations, vision boards, visualization, and subliminal messages.

Remember, the subconscious mind is very powerful. It is the mind that remembers to breathe and make our heart beat. In order to get the results you desire, put the subconscious to work for you. The 6 Rules To Succeed In Life – A Positive Mindset At Works

Putting the Law of Attraction into daily practice is a big change in your life; it requires believing not only in yourself but in the belief that what you believe can manifest itself into your real world life, changing it for the better. With daily life bearing down on you with all the freight of stress and the demands of fitting into your workplace and society as a whole, it’s easy to get so overwhelmed that you can’t positively apply the law of attraction to your current circumstances. To maintain your focus, follows these rules!
Rule #1
Take notes. Write down what you want, be explicit. Take the time to itemize what you want and set priorities. Make plans in broad strokes to find what dependencies are needed to achieve your goals. Work backwards from the end point to break your dreams down into small, bite sized chunks. Successful people write down lists of what needs to be done every day, and regularly reviewing it for concordance with their long term goals and making themselves happy..
Rule #2
While we mentioned it above, it deserves its own step. Review your list every single day day. Set aside 10 minutes and ask yourself if your days activities are furthering your aims, or are on a holding pattern, or are working against your dreams. Visualize those things on your long term list, and focus on the feelings of having achieved those goals right now. In a short span, you’ll develop the habit of reviewing your list and visualizing the things you want; the difficult part is taking the first step of making the time to review it in the first place.
Rule #3
Every day, pick one task that furthers one of your dreams, and hopes and ambitions. Take action every single day – visualization and planning are not enough if you do not act., but action without visualization is usually wasted effort. Like visualizing what you want, after a few days it will become a habit, and eventually will lead to concrete results. Do not stress about taking a perfect action – an imperfect action towards your goals now is better than constantly postponing an action because it’s less than perfect – remember, you get what you believe, and believing things in the future tense puts them in the unachievable tomorrow, rather than the achievable present.
Rule #4
Avoid negativity, in people, places, and things. This is difficult to do. As humans, we are habitual, and social primates. We hang around the same social groups, visit the same locations, and do the same behaviors and habits. The Law of Attraction may force you to realize that your Friday nights with specific friends need to change to a different social set and circumstances. Take a hard look at your friends and see if they’re where you want to be going, or heading in that direction. You may have to make some difficult situations here – you can’t change your friends behavior, but you can change your friends. It’s not that they’re bad people, but they may be holding you back.
Rule #5
Get rid of passive entertainments, be it television, or watching video on the internet, or surfing the web. Watching television for an hour creates the same brain activity as sitting in a sensory deprivation tank. Take the time out to go do things – play a sport, read a book, jog with the dog – do something with that time being sucked out of your life by the babble box.
Rule #6
Discuss your dreams with other people you care about. Make sure they support your changes and where you are going. The more you talk about where you are going, the more positive emotional potential you create for those goals. The more you talk about the things you are doing to get there, the more you want to do, and the quicker the Law of Attraction will bring positive benefits to your life.
If you are able religiously follow these rules above, your ultimate goal to a successful life is guaranteed!
