Help Your Inner Self And Motivate Yourself For Greatness

There are 3 basic element to change your life, you need to ask, believe and receive the new life, you also need to live your new life, just don’t imagine it but really believe and feel that your life has changed, you should set specific goals, create plans, but the most important is to always stay positive and be grateful for the things you have. Your mind is a very powerful device that can create form nothing. If you believe and really feel the new positive actions coming into your life then they will. This doesn’t over night you need to practice and block out negativity and continue to be positive.
When you create your life’s new plan remember it is a journey and you need to act like you are living this journey using your thoughts and imagination, and see the vision as if you are there in this new life. To stop the negativity you need to think of something positive quickly, think of a pet, listen to music, start thinking of the opposite of the negative thought.
When planning a personal development plan you need to alter your life style and career path. Defining a personal development plan would mean altering the career path life cycle. If you develop a personal plan and believe in it, and practice this and see yourself in this new plan it will be only a matter of time before in comes in reality. will be only a matter a time. A good plan will also act as a performance assessment tool and a blueprint of all your day-to-day operations.
When trying to motivate yourself the only way to really make this happen is to believe that you are already living in this new life. Do not let outside negative thoughts stop you from your dreams and being positive, nothing happens by coincidence, people do not have more luck or less luck, it you believe you are lucky you will be lucky if you believe you are unlucky you will be unlucky. The best way to motivate yourself is to by motivational books and videos, read them all the time watch the videos and be grateful for the things you have and what you are going to receive.
Everybody has one or another personal aspect to improve and better and hence a personal development coaching business could be a good idea as not only will you be making money, you will be helping so many individuals develop and improve their skills.
There are lots of self declared gurus on the internet as well as in the book stores who want you to follow such rigid routines and they are not actually interested in helping you but want you to continue following them so that you become dependent on them and thus, be able to use you as a predictable source of income. Oh sure, I liked to believe that I was in control of myself, but why then was I not able to motivate myself if I did indeed have so much control. The speaker is able to tap into your emotions.
You get so caught up in “what if” that you end up not doing anything. Furthermore, they have the nerve to complain and cry about it when they are doing nothing to try to better their situation.

Success is Waiting Within Each of Us!

I’m a success. It wasn’t easy getting here, and it’s certainly not easy staying here. But I’m a success, and I’m here to share my experience and knowledge with you. This is going to be fast and furious. I have a lot of ground to cover, and not much time. Stick with me, however, and you can find the success inside of you too.
Success is simple. It is not easy. It is not something that can be ‘cut and pasted’ into your mind. It is not something that can be replicated by calling a hotline and making 3 easy monthly payments (plus shipping and handling). Success means effort. It means sacrifice. It means getting up with a purpose and staying focused. It means learning how to role with the punches. It means getting yourself together and kicking negativity out of your mind. There are so many methods, products and services out there right now trying to sell you success-on-tap. That is just so much nonsense. Reading a book is very different from applying the lessons. One makes you intellectual, the other makes you successful. Before going any further, ask yourself whether or not you are ready to graduate from intellect to success.
From now on, I am going to discuss some life lessons. From each of these lessons will come knowledge. This knowledge will form the body of the lessons that I am going to be bringing to you periodically. Use this knowledge. From artist to engineer, entry-level employee to CEO, you will undoubtedly become successful. These articles will provide a helping hand for you.
Lesson 1: Success Is Waiting Within Each Of Us
When I was young, I spent a lot of time watching TV or playing video games. My parents both worked, volunteered for their church, and were raising three of us. Because of that, I was able to skate by unnoticed because I kept to myself. As far as anyone was concerned, I was a good, polite, quiet kid. I just didn’t do very much beyond school or chores. I was frustrated. Then came drugs and alcohol. I used to think that my slacking in high school was because I was irresponsible. My problem was actually that I was UNDER-responsible. I was not actively seeking things to invest my time and effort in. I did not know that I could be important. I did not know that I could be taken seriously.
The Army changed that. I found myself having more responsibility than ever. My job was important. Other people’s lives depended on my ability to SUCCESSFULLY do my job. I felt utilized. I found out an important thing: I was much more content being engaged and active than I ever was when my life was on autopilot.
Is this true of you? Have you felt that you were destined for more than you are currently doing? Have you noticed that the only days you love your job are the days when you get to feel useful? If so, then let this be a wake up call. This series of articles is here for you. I will give you everything I know. You will be successful.
If you’re still not sure whether you need to be a success, then I’d challenge you to bear some things in mind. There are nearly 7 billion people on this planet right now. This world is also undergoing a period of fragile uncertainty. We face real problems. Too many mouths to feed. To many consumers and not enough resources. The news bombards us with stories about AIDS, Cancer, and economic recession. There is one universal cure for all of these problems. It is the one cure that has always fixed the world’s problems. It is simple: Successful people, armed with focus, passion, and purpose. Who are you to deprive the world of your talents? We NEED you to help fix problems, create new things, and inspire the rest of us.

How to Tap Yourself Rich?

The Law of Attraction has been getting a lot of attention recently. With the popularity of The Secret (both the book and video), books such as the Abraham books by Esther and Jerry Hicks, as well as the many hundreds of ever-popular classics, such as Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, the idea that you can “create your own reality” has never been more fashionable. There are also skeptics who deny that this is true. They say, “if it was so easy to create your own reality, why are so many people sick, poor and unhappy?” Who would choose such a reality? Even many people who believe in the ideas of positive thinking and the Law of Attraction are secretly afraid that it’s just too good to be true.Well, my understanding is that the Law of Attraction is 100% true. There is only one catch, and it can be a zinger for those of us trying to apply this principle in our lives. The problem is that most of us have subconscious blocks to our efforts at creating prosperity consciousness and better lives in general. The fact is, we consciously want all the good things in life, which is perfectly natural. Yet a part of us, often there since childhood, is convinced that we are not deserving, that money is scarce, that it’s not moral to be wealthy or some other such belief that is not consistent with actually manifesting abundance.There is a simple technique that allows us to almost instantly remove blocks. It is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and is based on the Chinese system of acupuncture (no needles though!) combined with modern psychology. It is so simple in fact, that many people are skeptical that it can really work –until they try it.EFT works by having us tap various points on our body. This sends energy through the meridians (pathways that energy follows through the body). Tapping is combined with certain dialogue, which can be spoken out loud or too oneself. These are something like affirmations, but more sophisticated in that they are not only positive statements, but a removal of negative beliefs.This “tapping” technique has been effective at treating a wide range of physical and emotional problems. One practitioner, Brad Yates, has specialized in using EFT for removing blocks to abundance. By tapping on certain points and repeating key phrases, we quickly come to believe that we truly deserve to be prosperous.People have even reported having long term health conditions drastically improve after a few tapping sessions. This may seem miraculous, but when you consider recent medical evidence that much illness is caused by stress and other emotional conditions, it is not really so farfetched. If we can change the way energy moves through our bodies, we can change many conditions, both emotional and physical. This “trickery,” however, is an important part of the healing process, whether you are talking about a healing mantra or a pharmaceutical drug.Belief is a very important part of healing –or not healing. This is why almost any method, if truly believed in, can be helpful. With EFT, however, we are talking about something beyond simple belief. When you tap, you are actually stimulating very real energy centers in the body. What’s interesting is that I’ve read cases of advanced EFT practitioners who could get the same effect by simply imagining that they were doing the technique! To a die-hard skeptic, this might suggest that EFT is “all in the mind” and therefore not “scientific.” To me, it just proves how important the mind is in the healing process. That is why EFT can be such a powerful technique. When combined with affirmations and other helpful self-talk, it works on the physical and psychological aspects of ourselves simultaneously.I believe that the effectiveness of EFT, along with almost all techniques, whether medical, psychological or spiritual, is partly based on what is sometimes deceptively called the “placebo effect.” This means, simply, that the mind “fools” itself, and/or the body that it feels better because of a belief. Is this technique too easy and simple to really work? Well, that point of view is itself the kind of limiting belief you can literally tap away!

Your Mindset – Why It’s Important To Have It In The Right Place To Work At Home Online

Consider this:

 How you think determines how you feel.

 How you feel determines how you act.

 How you act determines what happens to you… good or bad.

 The one and only thing you have control over is your thoughts. You cannot think two thoughts at the same time. If I say “Purple Dinosaur”, right at that moment you cannot help but think of it and nothing else.

 You must choose (yes, I said choose) your thoughts as you would items you eat. Your body probably likes things that are not good for it, sweets and fatty foods rather than fresh vegetables, but what must you feed on to be a champion? A strong body requires good fuel. Consider your thoughts and feelings to be fuel for your mind. Make no mistake you are competing and you are in a race. A race for success. To not compete, to not try, is to lose the race. If you do not decide on what your life will be, then others will surely decide for you. You have the menu. It’s in your hands, place your order.

 Like attracts like. Think of everything as a magnet. You attract to you what you think and feel. So if you want success, you MUST think of things that make you feel good, powerful, in control and successful.

 This is where the laws of attraction and the effect of your attitude take place. To be a positive person and to expect good things are essential and to take action is critical to success.

 So, where do you start? You start by what you put into your mind.

 Reading books. You need to associate yourself with people who have done great things. When you read books written by those who have what you have, who have been where you are and tell you how they did it, it inspires you. Their success rubs off on you. It’s been said, if you could play basketball with Michael Jordan or golf with Tiger Woods, you would vastly improve you basketball or golf skills. Success is contagious. You just need to expose yourself to it.

 Listening to Audios. This and watching videos are the same as reading books. Hate to read? Well, here is your solution. Drive to a job? Instead of spending your time listening to Elton John, Toby Keith, Nickelback, or whoever, why don’t you spend that time feeding your mind? You’re stuck in your car, so you might as well make it a university on wheels and feed your mind while you’re in traffic.

Here is what’s going to happen. You’re going to change. If you run, do sit-ups or push-ups, you change. You look better. You feel better. Same here. People will notice. Your outlook will change. Success will become automatic for you. You will instinctively make the right decisions in everything you do.

 Lastly, Notice And Give Appreciation To Everything You Have.

 Are you where you want to be? Of course not. Nothing wrong with you. If you’re not growing, you’re dieing. You need desire in your life. So, instead of focusing on what you do not have, focus on every aspect of what you DO have. You already have so much more than nearly everyone on the planet if you are reading this. Give thanks for your health. Give thanks for your family, for your home, your car, your spouse, your children, and yes, even you’re job that you despise.

 You will find you will be given more as you show appreciation over what you have been given. If you are a parent, you know exactly what I mean by this. So, I’ll suggest this. Make a list, right now, of 100 things you are honestly, earnestly, appreciative of. Go ahead, make that list…right now.

 If you followed instructions and you have that list, then proceed. If you haven’t done it, then ask yourself why. Is this maybe something that holds you up?

 Have your list? Good. Now, read each item, out loud with feeling.

 I’m going to assume you’ve done this now. If that’s the case, it’s impossible that you do not feel better. Guess what? You are now far more in line to have success in ALL areas of your life, right this moment than you were before.  That means in business too.  Yes, this DOES translate to dollars in your bank account – just like it has for me in my business!

Mind Power–the Incredible Strength of the Subconscious

A child once asked God, “God what’s a million dollars like to you?”

God said, “Son to me a million dollars is like a single penny.”

The child said, “God what’s a million years like to you?”

God said, “Son to me a million years is like a single second.”

The child thought for a minute and said, “God can I have a million dollars?”

And God said, “Sure you can son, wait just a second.”

Many times I have asked the universe to deliver my desires to me. I have assumed that the universe was not hearing my request because those specific desire did not exist in my life. Shame on me, wait just a second.

I had an interesting experience this morning. As I was about to get on a tractor to start planting food for the wildlife on my property, I looked at the sunrise, smelled the air, heard the crickets, and was overwhelmed with déjà vue.

Déjà vue has always been an interesting phenomenon to me. In the past I’ve been able to let my rational mind put déjà vue in the “this can’t be God basket” that I confidently named Coincidence.

But this morning was different. The déjà vue stayed top of mind and my rational brain pondered, “I wonder what this is all about.”  Of course my rational brain immediately starting throwing out answers that seemed believable but just wouldn’t gain traction.

As the day progressed I began to “zone out” to the hum of the diesel engine and the monotony of traversing the same ground over and over. I reached a deep trance state and unbeknownst to me at the time, clarity was forming in this alpha state of consciousness.

I had to re-fuel the tractor and this re-direction brought me back to an alert state. Then it hit me like a tornado in Oklahoma…  The déjà vue I experienced was eerily similar to the vision that I had maintained years ago while trying to manifest the land I desired.

I went home that night and pulled my written goal file. In 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 I wrote the following:  “I am grateful that I own 400 acres of land dedicated to wildlife habitat and management in the Arkansas River Valley.”

From 2003 forward this goal was no longer written. I reflected on the information that was contained in this file and the following occurred to me:

 

I am hypnotized by society’s cry that we should have everything right now. Trying to force our goals can cause us to become frustrated and lose our vision. It is absolutely possible to live in “the now” and to manifest for the future simultaneously. There is massive value in allowing our subconscious mind to answer significant life questions. I am convinced that putting our vision into the subconscious mind always pays massive returns.

As I went to bed that night I wished that the wheat I planted for the wildlife would germinate quickly and provide forage this fall.  Of course as I started to drift into that alpha state I heard, “Wait just a second.”

Being Positive Through the World Conditions

Make it a point to find the positive in every situation.  This can sound a bit like you’re not seeing what is around you in the world these days, but quite the contrary:  When you make an effort to find the positive, you will contribute to a growing population providing positive mass consciousness and that is just as powerful as what seems so negative in the world conditions these days.

 

Let’s not expound upon how we see the glass half full and then turn around and within our own mental thoughts see the glass half empty.  Still, you may question how anyone can see anything positive in the rising cost of gasoline?  Let’s think a little bit on that.  This can possibly bring more families together by their staying at home and actually being together.  What a concept!  In these days of fast roller coaster rides at theme parks and other commercial places to visit, it can be hard to find some quiet and joy while being with one another.

 

No outer forces can replace the kind of fun like good old fashioned joy at the park.  The kids will appreciate the one-on-one time minus the drone of a computer video game.  Over Memorial Day weekend, there were less accidents on the road in our own state of Oregon.  Get this…ninety percent less over the previous year!  That is an amazing statistic.  The papers said it was because of the high gasoline prices, that people were staying home, and that is why there were fewer accidents.  So if you think about it, the gas hike actually saved lives.

Is this to say that we have to accept high priced gas?  Not at all.  We can visualize that things change in the world, in many areas.  And we can make gas one of them, but let’s visualize the world in a better space for all.  Sometimes some of the seemingly bad, negative situations actually become catalysts for a major world shift.  Let’s make that shift a clear positive one.

 

So what about all the natural disasters?  How is it possible to see the joy when people are dying and have become homeless?  Again, it is all in how you look at it. 

 

Focus on the help that these people are being given.  Do what you can do to help, not out of shame, or fear, or sadness, but out of compassion, love, and joy.  These people need your love and compassion.  They don’t need us to feel sorry for them.  We are not helpless, and neither are they.  If you have the ability to help financially do so with joy, and if you don’t have the ability to help financially, and you feel bad about that, drop all the bad feelings and visualize that you are helping others through your own feelings.  Send them healing thoughts and love.  This can go just as far as the financial help. 

 

Focusing on a brighter tomorrow will bring a brighter tomorrow.  Your life will become brighter and then that light will shine all across the world.  The more of us who focus on problem solved, the more it will affect our own lives as well as the lives of others.  What a wonderful world we live in.  See the wonder!  Live the Law of Attraction joyously!

Many suggest that “luck is something you do.” Nonetheless, I often relate to my patients that what we focus upon tends to become our reality, because we will likely do things and allow things to occur (both consciously and unconsciously) consistent with that structured focus, in order to manifest our desires. Recent best-selling books, like Dr. Wayne Dyer’s “The Power of Intention” and Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret,” eloquently reaffirm this inspirational messages of success.
This positive change is mostly achieved, through the interplay of imagery, personal intention, and the “power of attraction.” Although all the ideas shared within these remarkable program are not necessarily based in science, one can nonetheless benefit from acting “as if” the ideas are all-true, in order to facilitate success. I believe that the true wisdom of “The Secret,” for example, is its ability to captivate a world’s imagination, by offering its heartfelt reminder of the true nature of limitless possibilities and the power of human perseverance.
For those who may still struggle to accept the “power inherent within their belief,” nineteenth century philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer, likely summed it best when he said, “All truth passes through three stages. The Law of Attraction in 5 Minutes or Less

I started SelfGrowth.com 10 years ago, and have been reading and following self improvement literature most of my life. In all of that time, I’ve never seen a concept so take the field by storm and ignite such passionate enthusiasm and interest among people as the Law of Attraction.

So let me start by explaining what exactly the Law of Attraction is, and how YOU can change your life with the Law of Attraction.

While there may not be one universally-agreed-upon definition, I think most authors and speakers who teach the Law of Attraction would agree on the following:

The Law of Attraction states that you attract into your life whatever you think about. Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest themselves; in other words, to make your thoughts, hopes and dreams reality.

So, if you believe you will get rich, you will get rich.

If you believe you’ll get the promotion, get the new car, the big house, get the girl – or guy – of your dreams, you will.

And the same holds true in reverse. If you believe you’re going to fail, if you think you’re a loser, well, you’re probably right. Fill your thoughts with visions of failure at work, crumbling relationships, health problems, then your negative thinking is going to attract those things into your life and make them come true.

And that’s the amazing promise of the Law of Attraction, this idea that ANYONE CAN change their life for the better at any time, simply by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.

Now, I want to give my take on a few “hot button” issues surrounding the Law of Attraction.

First question: Is the Law of Attraction simply a matter of mindset, or do your thoughts and beliefs have the ability to change physical reality?

There are some people believe that the Law of Attraction works, but only in the sense that it helps keep you positive and motivated in order to go out and make those good things happen.

But others insist that the Law of Attraction goes deeper than that, and works almost on a molecular level. They believe that all matter and energy is in a state of vibration, and that these vibrations create an energy field that works like a magnet. Your thoughts, emotions and beliefs affect these vibrations and this energy field attracts similar energy.

So, positive thoughts literally and physically attract the things you wish for, and make them come into your life.

My own view is that the truth is probably a mix of both.

I think for health issues, psychological issues, well, any doctor can tell you of the amazing power of positive thinking in changing a patient’s physical condition.

As for the idea that thinking about that big mansion on the hill is going to change its molecules so that it will be yours one day – well, probably not. But it’s a nice idea.

Second question: Does the Law of Attraction “blame the victim?”

Philosophers and religious leaders have been debating the question of why bad things happen to people for millennia.

The Law of Attraction seems to offer a simple answer to this age-old question: bad things happen to people because they attracted them into their life. Either by thinking negative thoughts, or by failing to adequately think positive ones, people are ultimately and completely responsible for everything bad that happens to them.

My own take is that this becomes absurd if you take it to extremes. You can’t blame victims of random acts of violence, epidemics, genocides, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and say that they brought in on themselves. Some things truly are out of our control as mere humans.

Maybe you can’t completely prevent any bad things from coming into your life just by thinking positive. But I do think the Law of Attraction can still help you better deal with those bad things when they come.

The Third and Final question: Does this Law of Attraction thing actually work, and how can I get it work for me?

I believe that, yes, absolutely the Law of Attraction can be one of the most powerful concepts you can use to start improving your life for the better today.

While the term “Law of Attraction” is new, the principles behind it aren’t. This basic concept has been taught in one form or another by self improvement authors stretching back to Normal Vincent Peale and Napoleon Hill in first half of the 20th century.

So, the principles behind the Law of Attraction are time-tested and well-proven.

Begin each day by affirming the positive things you want out of life, and make it a habit to visualize the things you want. If you find yourself dwelling on negative thoughts and emotions, banish them immediately, and replace them with positive visions.

Law of Attraction – The Right Way

Have you ever set goals, visualized them and still failed to get results you were looking for? Many people have picked up a self-help book or video and set new intentions only to achieve lack-luster outcomes. This has happened in my life from time to time until I discovered a better way to use the Law of Attraction.

The law of attraction is very popular, movies like The Secret have portrayed it to be some magical genie that automatically fulfills your wishes. They send the message that if you think something, it will instantly come into being. People love to hear this and it sells books and DVDs. But it doesn’t work quite like that.

The concept that things are attracted to you by your thoughts is not accurate. Try going to a dark room and visualizing a new car being dropped into your driveway, is it there yet?

Things are, instead, attracted to you by the energy within. This energy is much more than just a thought, it’s your very being, the person that you are right now. If you try to pour water into oil, they won’t mix well because they’re not the same. If you are acting like oil and your goal is like water, it’s just not going to happen. The solution is to change who you are to match the oil and results will being to come quickly.

It works like this: whatever energy frequency you’re on, things on that frequency will be attracted back to you.

The frequency of who you are is like radio waves, in order to hear the music you want to listen to, you have to tune your dial to the right radio station. Changing your frequency is just like moving the dial. You may be on a very different station than the one of your goals, so you’re getting very different playback in your life. Changing this dial in our lives involves changing who we are. It goes beyond just thinking about something. You have the results that you have in life because of the person that you are. Change who you are and your results will be different.

But how do you change who you are? You can’t pretend to do something or trick yourself into believing something that isn’t real. My problem with visualization is that when you intend something by visualizing, you’re drawing that visualization into your life, not the thing itself! For example, have you noticed that when you intend something you always see it around you? You may want a new car, so you start visualizing this car and it pops up all around your environment.

Some think this is great, as if it’s “working” but in reality it already has worked, you got what you were intending. This means that to attract something into your life you don’t need to see it – you need to BE it. Want a beautiful relationship? BE that relationship on every level of your being. Want a Mercedes? BE that Mercedes on every level of your being. Want to lose 25 pounds? BE that healthier person on every level of your being. Step By Step You may be wondering, “Okay, now how do I ‘become’ like a car?” The answer is that it’s about getting in touch with your future self that is aligned with this goal.

Here’s a quick guide for doing this:

1. Physically experience whatever it is you want to intend, if even for a moment. Go to that new area, test drive the new car, wear the suit. The point is to get a strong, detailed feel for this goal. You can’t attract something if you don’t know what it is.

2. Sit quietly for a few minutes and just feel your breathing become relaxed. Block out other thoughts and vibrations. In essence, quiet down your current vibrational status.

3. Then, take the pieces of this goal (that you gathered in step 1) and begin to accept them as a reality in your life. Understand that those things are you and are part of you. Start to think and feel the thoughts and feelings of this goal. What will you be doing when it’s accomplished? What does it look like? What song will you be listening to? Be as specific as possible.

4. Do this for several minutes every day and you will begin to associate yourself with this goal.

Results will begin to show up quickly. There’s a good chance that if you’re able to accurately connect with these vibrations, it will begin to happen fairly quickly. You’ll start to see inexplicable things just fall into your world that completely match your vision.

This factor can be a valuable tool: if your desires aren’t coming in a reasonable period of time, you’re probably doing something wrong and it would be wise to take a look at how in tune you are with your goals.
