Help Your Inner Self And Motivate Yourself For Greatness

January 1st, 2010

There are 3 basic element to change your life, you need to ask, believe and receive the new life, you also need to live your new life, just don’t imagine it but really believe and feel that your life has changed, you should set specific goals, create plans, but the most important is to always stay positive and be grateful for the things you have. Your mind is a very powerful device that can create form nothing. If you believe and really feel the new positive actions coming into your life then they will. This doesn’t over night you need to practice and block out negativity and continue to be positive.
When you create your life’s new plan remember it is a journey and you need to act like you are living this journey using your thoughts and imagination, and see the vision as if you are there in this new life. To stop the negativity you need to think of something positive quickly, think of a pet, listen to music, start thinking of the opposite of the negative thought.
When planning a personal development plan you need to alter your life style and career path. Defining a personal development plan would mean altering the career path life cycle. If you develop a personal plan and believe in it, and practice this and see yourself in this new plan it will be only a matter of time before in comes in reality. will be only a matter a time. A good plan will also act as a performance assessment tool and a blueprint of all your day-to-day operations.
When trying to motivate yourself the only way to really make this happen is to believe that you are already living in this new life. Do not let outside negative thoughts stop you from your dreams and being positive, nothing happens by coincidence, people do not have more luck or less luck, it you believe you are lucky you will be lucky if you believe you are unlucky you will be unlucky. The best way to motivate yourself is to by motivational books and videos, read them all the time watch the videos and be grateful for the things you have and what you are going to receive.
Everybody has one or another personal aspect to improve and better and hence a personal development coaching business could be a good idea as not only will you be making money, you will be helping so many individuals develop and improve their skills.
There are lots of self declared gurus on the internet as well as in the book stores who want you to follow such rigid routines and they are not actually interested in helping you but want you to continue following them so that you become dependent on them and thus, be able to use you as a predictable source of income. Oh sure, I liked to believe that I was in control of myself, but why then was I not able to motivate myself if I did indeed have so much control. The speaker is able to tap into your emotions.
You get so caught up in “what if” that you end up not doing anything. Furthermore, they have the nerve to complain and cry about it when they are doing nothing to try to better their situation.

Success is Waiting Within Each of Us!

December 25th, 2009

I’m a success. It wasn’t easy getting here, and it’s certainly not easy staying here. But I’m a success, and I’m here to share my experience and knowledge with you. This is going to be fast and furious. I have a lot of ground to cover, and not much time. Stick with me, however, and you can find the success inside of you too.
Success is simple. It is not easy. It is not something that can be ‘cut and pasted’ into your mind. It is not something that can be replicated by calling a hotline and making 3 easy monthly payments (plus shipping and handling). Success means effort. It means sacrifice. It means getting up with a purpose and staying focused. It means learning how to role with the punches. It means getting yourself together and kicking negativity out of your mind. There are so many methods, products and services out there right now trying to sell you success-on-tap. That is just so much nonsense. Reading a book is very different from applying the lessons. One makes you intellectual, the other makes you successful. Before going any further, ask yourself whether or not you are ready to graduate from intellect to success.
From now on, I am going to discuss some life lessons. From each of these lessons will come knowledge. This knowledge will form the body of the lessons that I am going to be bringing to you periodically. Use this knowledge. From artist to engineer, entry-level employee to CEO, you will undoubtedly become successful. These articles will provide a helping hand for you.
Lesson 1: Success Is Waiting Within Each Of Us
When I was young, I spent a lot of time watching TV or playing video games. My parents both worked, volunteered for their church, and were raising three of us. Because of that, I was able to skate by unnoticed because I kept to myself. As far as anyone was concerned, I was a good, polite, quiet kid. I just didn’t do very much beyond school or chores. I was frustrated. Then came drugs and alcohol. I used to think that my slacking in high school was because I was irresponsible. My problem was actually that I was UNDER-responsible. I was not actively seeking things to invest my time and effort in. I did not know that I could be important. I did not know that I could be taken seriously.
The Army changed that. I found myself having more responsibility than ever. My job was important. Other people’s lives depended on my ability to SUCCESSFULLY do my job. I felt utilized. I found out an important thing: I was much more content being engaged and active than I ever was when my life was on autopilot.
Is this true of you? Have you felt that you were destined for more than you are currently doing? Have you noticed that the only days you love your job are the days when you get to feel useful? If so, then let this be a wake up call. This series of articles is here for you. I will give you everything I know. You will be successful.
If you’re still not sure whether you need to be a success, then I’d challenge you to bear some things in mind. There are nearly 7 billion people on this planet right now. This world is also undergoing a period of fragile uncertainty. We face real problems. Too many mouths to feed. To many consumers and not enough resources. The news bombards us with stories about AIDS, Cancer, and economic recession. There is one universal cure for all of these problems. It is the one cure that has always fixed the world’s problems. It is simple: Successful people, armed with focus, passion, and purpose. Who are you to deprive the world of your talents? We NEED you to help fix problems, create new things, and inspire the rest of us.
Our next chat will focus on a formula that I’ve used to create success in my life. It has also changed the lives of others. It will work for you.

Read Read Read: The Key to Consistent Self-Improvement

December 24th, 2009

In order to gain and sustain any long term drastic change in your life everyone knows you have to be consistent. But how do you maintain that drive to be consistent? It’s true that you have to take action steps towards you goals each day, you have to have goals written down in the first place, but what is it that keeps you moving, what keeps you motivated and inspired? What keeps you inspired is yourself and your commitment to constantly putting positive material into your mind.

The wonderful thing is that there is no end to the positive material out there that you can take advantage of. There is an abundance of audio, video and literature created by many very well known and rightfully trusted teachers of positive, inspiring and empowering material. Authors and teachers such as Jack Canfield, John Assaraf, Bob Proctor and many many more have released a huge amount of material into the world to help you achieve any and all dreams you may wish to attain. And even though there are many different avenues someone can take towards self improvement and success, one in particular that is used very little can have a very powerful impact, reading.

I once heard Will Smith say in an interview that no problem you have is your own. He said that no matter the problems you’re facing someone at some point faced those same problems and, when they solved them, put the answers in a book for you to find . Knowing that this is true it seems even more incredibly ridiculous that most people in the United States never learn to read past a 7th grade level. It’s at that age that children fully master the skill itself but it is never cultivated any further, leaving them ill-equipped to soak up the abundance of wisdom and information at the heart of so many incredible books.

I encourage you to break the mold. For our specific purposes, that being helping you to achieve success more quickly and efficiently with the least effort possible, the literature I have in mind is that focused on things such as The Law of Attraction, The Power of Positive Thinking, How to Succeed and How to Achieve Your Dreams. These subjects are written about by millionaires, family men, champion athletes and people who have overcome obstacles that lesser men have crumbled  at the sight of. The authors of these books spent years of their lives, dedicating most of their time and concentration to understanding the secrets of living a consistently abundant life and they’ve decided to pass their wisdom on to you through books such as Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, You Were Born Rich and The Answer.

Yet again I encourage you not to be a person who chooses merely to survive, or strives for greatness without attempting to stand on the shoulders of those great men and women that came before us and offer up their advice. Pick a book, be it one of the ones previously mentioned or the many others that have changed people’s lives over the years. You can find all these and more at www.visionskape.com. Take the opportunity each and every day to cut out 1 hour of TV time you spend just flipping through the channels looking for something. Or the hour you spend watching the news and getting mad, sending out negative vibrations along with that feeling. Then take that hour and replace it with learning, with growing. In 1 year you will have accumulated over nine 40 hour weeks of learning just by making this change. Most people average reading a book each year, but then again you’re not most people. Trust me when I say you can’t afford to pass this up, even if you’re trying to achieve something no one else has achieved you’ll find an abundance of inspiration and motivation in the words and achievements of others who attempted the impossible and conquered it. There are no losers, just winners who haven’t learned how to win left, now go out and learn.

You’ve just learned how reading is a great way to keep yourself consistently moving towards your most valuable goals. Find the resources you need to manifest the life of your dreams in record time and pick up a FREE copy of Wallace D. Wattles’ classic “The Science of Getting Rich” by visiting http://www.visionskape.com – the most trusted law of attraction review site on the internet.

What Web are you Weaving?

December 16th, 2009

The earth does not belong to man.

Man belongs to the earth.

All things are connected like the blood that unites one family.

Man did not weave the web of life.

He is merely a strand in it.

Whatever he does to the web he does to himself.

- Native American Wisdom

In Native American lore, the spirit medicine of the spider is to remind us that we are the source of our life adventures. The spider’s message is that we are the weavers of our own web of life experiences. We are the creator of our own reality—the authors of our own karma.

If we want to change the life experiences that we’re attracting, we need to change the web of thoughts, feelings and actions that we’re sending out into our world. By the Law of Attraction, the vibration at which we’re vibrating will attract people and events vibrating at that same vibrational frequency. Get your life aligned with the Law of Attraction! Scientists agree with spiritual teachers. Prosperity is simply the natural physics of the universe. Science calls it the Law of Quantum Physics. Metaphysics calls it the Law of Spiritual Attraction. Like energy attracts like energy. Like vibration attracts like vibration. Like qualities attract like qualities. This is Instant Karma in all its beauty and fierce justice. Scientifically speaking, all physical matter in life is pulsating electromagnetic energy that undulates in a wave motion—and thus, naturally connects with those aspects of life that are on that same wavelength.

Modern Science Meets Ancient Medicine

Two recent scientific experiments reveal the physical mechanism by which this vibrational attraction operates. The studies demonstrate that a tightly woven web of energy connects all matter. Essentially we’re able to influence our physical reality using this interconnected field of vibrating electromagnetic energy.

Matter Affects Energy

In the first experiment, quantum biologist Dr. Vladimir Poponin created a vacuum in a container until the only thing left in the container were photons—particles of light.

Upon careful measurement, Poponin found that the distribution of the photons in the container was completely random—the expected, natural, normal condition of photons in a vacuum. Then he placed some physical DNA inside the container and the distribution of the photons was measured again. This time the photons were lined up in an ordered way—in precise alignment with the structure and order of the DNA. In other words, the physical DNA had an effect on the non-physical photons.

The Web of Life

Then the physical DNA was removed from the container and the distribution of the photons was measured again. The photons remained ordered in same precise alignment with the structure of the physical DNA even when the DNA was no longer present!

What’s going on here? What are the light photons connected to? What is ordering the photons?

Scientist, visionary and scholar Gregg Braden suggests that a previously unknown form of energy—an interconnecting web of energy—is present. The physical DNA is communicating with the light photons through this field of energy.

Communication through Space

In the second experiment, U.S. military researchers collected physical DNA from the white blood cells of a donor. The DNA and the donor were placed in separate rooms so their individual electrical responses could be measured. The donor was subjected to “emotional stimulation” consisting of video clips that generated strong emotions in the donor.

The donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys as measured by electrical responses. The DNA exhibited the identical emotional/electrical responses at the exactly same time—even though the DNA was in a different room in the building. There was no lag time, no transmission time. The DNA emotional peaks and valleys matched the donor peaks and valleys in simultaneous time.

To see how far away the donor could be from the DNA and still get the same connection, the researchers separated the DNA and the donor by increasing distances. The scientists stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor by 50 miles and still had the same phenomenal effect.

Simultaneous Connection

Again, there was no lag time, no transmission time, in the communication of emotional/electrical responses. The DNA and the donor had the same identical reactions at exactly the same instant. What can this mean?

Gregg Braden says we are forced to accept the possibility that living cells communicate instantaneously through a previously unrecognized network of energy. This connecting field of energy is not affected by time and distance. This is a web of energy that already exists everywhere, all the time, connecting all of life.

Let There Be Light!

Quantum physics is discovering that all physical matter is made of electromagnetic photon energy—light. Our thoughts and emotions are also essentially electromagnetic energy—therefore, light. Our bodies are essentially electromagnetic energy—therefore, light. As the Native Americans say, we influence each other and create in our world through this web of light energy.

Martin Luther King knew this truth when he spoke:

All life is interrelated.

We are all caught in an inescapable network of mutuality,

tied to a single garment of destiny.

Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.

We are made to live together

because of the interrelated structure of reality.

How to Manage Your Thoughts – Tips to Manifest Success

December 9th, 2009

The economic analysts are “living large” right now. Everyone is looking to them to project what’s going to happen to interest rates, the price of gas, the housing market, the stock market, shall I go further?

I’ve been around numbers all my life and am a fair to good analyst. If you gave me enough time on a computer, without my 3 and 5 year old daughters begging to see Hannah Montana, even I could make the numbers tell you wide variety of predictions that we’ve been hearing lately:

So what I conclude from the analysts is not their specific predictions, but an understanding of the message within their message…

We cannot be certain about where the economy or the universe in general is headed.Nor do we have control over what happens in the economy or the universe.

Instead of focusing on those things that are beyond my control, I choose to look at the things that are within my control.

Many a word has been written about recognizing and quieting negative thoughts. Less is said about the positive thoughts that come into our consciousness. Whether negative or positive, I believe it’s a myth that we can control our thoughts.

Instead, I believe that what we do with our thoughts, once they arrive in our mind, is well within our control. How we manage our thoughts dictates what happens in our lives and how we fit with the universe. This is certainly a critical component to the life that we are manifesting for ourselves.

I have a very dear friend that has helped me grow in all aspects of my life. His simple way of thinking about how to deal with thoughts can benefit each of us.  He believes that thoughts are like fire, and the tools that he has to manage these thoughts are a can of water and a can of gas.

He puts the water to the negative thoughts as they arise, dousing them immediately. But just as importantly, he puts the gas to the positive thoughts when they show up to help them multiply.

How can we manifest more good results in our lives?  Praise yourself for your positive thoughts. Let them reside in your mind. Feed them fuel until they spawn new positive thoughts.

Make sure you’ve got plenty of gas, even if the price goes to double digits! Your investment in yourself will pay handsomely in the future.

Is Selfishness Healthy?

December 8th, 2009

Wouldn’t you agree that we are all selfish to some degree? Many equate selfishness with self-preservation. But those who are seeking a higher spiritual existence or improved emotional health should analyze selfishness and its root causes carefully. When we are concerned primarily with our own interests and benefits regardless of others, we are being selfish. Selfishness means that we serve our own pleasure regardless of how our actions affect others. The opposite of selfishness is altruism, which is the self-less concern for the welfare of others.A selfish person doesn’t have room in their thoughts or considerations for others. They are completely self-absorbed. To be self-absorbed is to have tunnel vision on yourself and your own personal needs. In short, a selfish person’s entire world is completely about themselves. They don’t have the ability to imagine the thoughts and feelings of others. They have little or no ability to empathize.A selfish person feels overly entitled to have their idea of a “perfect” life. They crave attention and have a need to be seen and heard more than anyone else. They become oblivious to what others need or say. Selfish people are like children in that they have not yet learned to balance giving with taking. They view others only as a means to get what they want. And they demonstrate drastic mood swings related to whether they get their way or not. There’s elation when they “win” and despair and arrogance when their demands are not met.Selfish people become threatened when attention is paid to others. They have difficulty letting other people win, get accolades, or be admired. They can not listen to someone’s opinions, stories, or advice without turning it back to themselves. They are not truly sincere when they wish someone else success. Selfish people have a need for control and are not willing to reach compromises with others. When they need something they’re willing to trample over others to make sure they get it. Cutting in line, storming into a room unannounced, or having a temper tantrum are a few of the many types of selfish behaviors one can exhibit.Let’s be clear about what selfishness is not. It’s not self-promotion, self-respect, self-admiration, self-esteem, or self-love. These terms describe behavior that most of us consider healthy, productive, and not harmful to others. Why are selfish people selfish? The answer is that they feel deprived of something. This deprivation may exist in either their consciousness or in their subconscious mind. They believe that they got “the wrong end of the stick” and now someone (or everyone) owes them payback. There is a sense of entitlement and expectation that justifies their bad behavior. The feeling of deprivation drives the selfish to behave in ways that they believe will insure the end of deprivation. To others, their behavior could be described as arrogance. The roots of selfishness usually come from unhealthy or negative childhood experiences that shape our thought patterns. For example, children of divorced parents can become selfish because they find the love of a missing parent only through the gifts that they receive from them. So they make demands of the parent to substitute for the parent’s time and attention. The child may discover that their demands are met, and so they learn that they can easily manipulate the parent.Do you recognize some or many of the characteristics of selfishness in yourself? If so, you have accomplished a very important first step with that simple recognition. Each of us must take responsibility for our inner motivations and external behaviors. We are living a healthy and full life only when we are able to consider what’s truly best for others, instead of how others can be of benefit to us.How would you like to manifest your ideal life by tapping the power of YOUR subconscious mind? The New Rules of Wealth Manifestation

December 7th, 2009

There’s a lot of information, suggestions, and tips available for successfully manifesting the wealth that you want to have in your life. There are too many books, articles, blog posts, movies, audio programs, podcasts, radio shows, etc. to name that focus on money manifestation.

Why is the topic of wealth manifestation so darn popular? Could it be that as humans, we are genetically programmed to always be seeking our financial “highest and best use”? This is actually a real estate term that refers to what will generate the highest net monetary return to a property owner over a period of time. For some properties, “highest and best use” could be a 20 story apartment building that generates lots of rental income. For other properties it could be a subdivision comprised of 100 small lots. These types of options may be extremely profitable for the property owner; but what if he or she simply wants to build a single home to live in and enjoy the surroundings and views offered there? Our lives are similar in that we have to balance our personal “highest and best use”, with what we truly desire. Many of us are capable of working 80 hours a week at one, two, or three jobs to create more disposable income. This has become the cultural norm for many Americans. But whether this suits our ultimate life purpose and deepest desires must be carefully analyzed. We all need money to survive and I would argue that we all need money to thrive. Money is a solution and a tool to carry us through our unique life journey. But the new rules of wealth manifestation require that we become much more introspective about why we want wealth. I know many people who mistakenly believe that becoming super-wealthy would solve all their problems. One in particular has said to me about a friend who retired early after selling a company for many millions, “look at him, he doesn’t have a care in the world”. If we think that wealth will bring us more peace, freedom from all worry, great health, and perfect relationships, we’re going to be sorely disappointed! Any wealthy person, who has reached a high level of self-development, will tell you that money gives you the opportunity to move your focus away from the mundane. What I mean is that when you don’t have to spend precious mental energy worrying about how to get food or pay for the roof over your head, you can focus on higher purposes. Most importantly, having money gives you the chance to make a difference in other people’s lives. So getting clear on what money will and will not do for you is important. I realize that this can be a difficult exercise if your point-of-view is and has always been one of lack. The new rules of wealth manifestation indicate that you must concentrate your energies on a higher purpose in order to attract riches into your life. Discover how your talents and passions can be used to solve a problem for others. Think about what you already do well that could add value to what other successful people are doing well.Lack of money equals a lack of problem-solving. When you find a way to serve others and fulfill their needs, you can’t help but reap the rewards. How would you like to manifest your ideal life by tapping the power of YOUR subconscious mind? Success and Peak Performance: 8 Essential Tips

December 4th, 2009

To achieve peak performance you must insure that your mind and body are functioning at the highest level possible. This is how we define and achieve “success” as individuals. Our differences are many due to genetics, culture, personal experiences, and ambition. But we are similar in that we need care and nurturing for optimal mental, physical and emotional health. You can’t depend on others to provide the care that is so essential for your well-being—you must take responsibility to provide it to and for yourself. Find every way possible to incorporate the following tips to achieve your personal peak performance:1. Be Present & Listen -Practice presence and awareness in every moment of every day. The past and the future do not exist except as concepts and ideas in your mind. The only true reality is what you are experiencing right now in this precise moment. When you are present, you have the ability to listen clearly to others and to your own body, thoughts, and intuitions. Being present allows you to learn about yourself and the people, places, things, and ideas that make up the world. It’s the first step to making permanent improvements to your life.2. Seek Help When Needed -None of us were born with all the answers to every situation or problem. If you feel “too proud” or ashamed to seek help from others, you are letting your ego get in the way of personal development. This is dangerous and potentially very stressful. As difficult as it can be to trust others, you simply can’t do everything in life by yourself. Seeking assistance from others also opens up the opportunity to form new and unexpected relationships.3. Show Gratitude & Kindness -Successful people always remember to say “thank you” and to acknowledge those who help them. This leadership by example reinforces kind behavior as the expected standard. Giving genuine compliments makes you feel great and spreads joy to the receivers of your compliments. Express yourself honestly but remember that it’s always better to be kind than to be right.4. Take Time to Relax -Scheduling time to do something peaceful that you enjoy is critical for mental renewal. It could be sitting quietly with a magazine, taking a walk, going fishing, writing in a journal, etc. This time is a gift that you give yourself. Without some quiet time in your life you can’t listen to your inner thoughts and feelings. This space away from the crowd allows you to evaluate, meditate, and consider where you are heading in your life.5. Eat & Drink for Life -It is said we should “eat to live, not live to eat”. Food is essential to your health, but should not become an obsession. The food and beverages that go into your body affect you as powerfully as any drug. Consider drinking plenty of water and eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Avoid excessive alcohol, sugars, and fats. When any particular food or beverage makes your system upset or causes you to be emotionally moody or agitated, avoid it.6. Exercise Regularly -Getting at least a half hour of exercise 4-6 times a week should be a top priority in your life. This is as good for your mental health as it is for you physically. Exercise makes stress vanish and enhances your endorphin production, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Consider a morning trip to the gym, taking a walk on your lunch hour, or doing lunges and squats while on a break or conference call. Be creative about ways to get physical activity into your life.7. Get Enough Sleep -Sleep gives your mind and body the opportunity to heal itself and restore vital energy. Proper sleep also improves mental function and fat loss. You should try to get between 7-8 hours of sleep per day in a consistent sleep pattern. If you have trouble sleeping, avoid eating or exercising 2-3 hours prior to bedtime. Always settle into your sleep by allowing a half hour to quietly read, write, or listen to sleep-inducing audio. 8. Stay Positive & Focused -Allow time each day for positive reinforcement to keep you focused and motivated on manifesting your dreams and goals. This could be reading, writing, or listening to affirmations; reading or listening to inspirational materials; meditating, focusing on a vision board, or viewing a meditation video program, for example. How would you like to manifest your ideal life by tapping the power of YOUR subconscious mind?
